Lewes-Rehoboth Meals on Wheels hosts annual bike ride

Meals on Wheels of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach hosted its fourth annual Wheels for Meals event May 5.

Kicking off and ending at Dogfish Head Brewery in Milton, 200 people signed up for the ride, with proceeds going to Meals on Wheels. Riders signed up to race three distances: 50, 25 or 12 miles. President John Wolfle said the ridership was up from 120 last year, although bad weather may have trimmed last year’s turnout.
