Frazers celebrate 70th anniversary

John L. “Jack” and Elizabeth L. “Betty” Frazer celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary Aug. 21, 2018. They were married Aug. 21, 1948, in Lewes and now reside in Georgetown. Their family helped them celebrate with dinner and a cake at Smith’s Café in Seaford.
