New Covenant Presbyterian Church will host Nadia Karnatova for a talk at 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15. From the Ukraine, Karnatova will tell the story of receiving an Operation Christmas Child shoebox gift as a child. She will share the gift’s impact on her life, and that of her family.
New Covenant Presbyterian Church is at 3072 Savannah East Drive off Kings Highway, Lewes. All are welcome to come and hear the story of hope that came to this Ukrainian family from this simple gift. Then learn how to help bring hope to children in situations of war, tragedy, or poverty, with the creation of a shoebox gift.
