State Auditor-elect and Rehoboth Commissioner Kathy McGuiness announced Nov. 21 that she will be stepping down from her commissioner seat by the end of the year.
“It’s bittersweet,” she said. “I’m very thankful I’ve gotten to serve the town I grew up in for almost two decades. Now, I’ve got an opportunity to continue to serve the people of Rehoboth and the community we call the State of Delaware.”
