Mr. Ralph Lee Scott III and Mrs. Ida Mae Scott of Seaford announce the engagement of their daughter Rebekah Lynn Scott to Tyler John Davis, son of Dr. John C. and Carla Davis of Georgetown. A fall 2019 wedding is planned.
