Real Men Eat Plants

February 3, 2019

I first heard about THE PENIS BOOK from another woman, Suzy Amis Cameron, author of OMD. She is as passionate about plant-based eating as I am. She knew about Aaron Spitz, MD, urologist and author of THE PENIS BOOK from the upcoming documentary film featuring elite vegan athletes, THE GAME CHANGERS, co-produced by Suzy and her husband, James Cameron.

In an interview with Dr. Spitz  Suzy asks how Plant-Based eating can fight erectile dysfunction and spice up the bedroom. He responds that the most common cause of ED is a problem of blood flow due to narrowing of arteries and that a whole food plant-based diet and exercise can prevent many of the conditions causing that poor blood flow.

In this honest, sometimes raucous, book  Dr. Spitz discusses everything about the penis from size to function with scientific accuracy. Both men and women will find the information comprehensive, enlightening, understandable and even actionable. In a chapter called “PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH: How Grub Affects Your Nub”, he explains how scientific studies keep pointing in the same direction—“towards the produce section of the grocery store.” And that is where he begins his 5-step plan for maximum penis health.
