Beacon Middle presents ‘Peter Pan Jr.’

For its third theater program, Beacon Middle School presented “Peter Pan Jr.” March 15 and 16.
Students transformed the school gym into a theater and transported audience members to the magical world of Neverland.
Maya Thompson played the title role of Peter Pan, accompanied by classmates Hadyn Carter-Hanson as Wendy, Andrew Racz as John, and Alex DeEmedio as Michael. With a little help from Tinker Bell played by Nicole Cordner, the Darling children flew to Neverland where they were greeted by the Lost Boys. Along the way they became allies with Tiger Lily, played by Aubrie Myers, and her Brave Girls, and also fought against the evil Captain Hook, played by Anna Lopez, and his trusty sidekick Smee, played by Hailey Dougherty.
