Crab Cake

one traditional Eastern Shore crab cake made with lump crab,

red-skinned mashers, broccolini

Chicken Parmesan

breaded chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, wilted greens, linguine, rustic marinara

Sirloin Steak

grilled Coulotte sirloin, mesquite roasted potatoes, asparagus,

horseradish – barbeque sauce

Seared Salmon

seared salmon , saffron rice, broccolini, spiced Grand Marnier beurre blanc

Ratatouille Vegan Cous Cous

zucchini, squash, roasted tomato, spinach and roasted garlic, toasted Israeli cous cous
