Ribbon cut on Mariners’ Retreat in Lewes

Members of Lewes Mayor and City Council joined Burton Builders and the Bryce Lingo and Shaun Tull Team from Jack Lingo Realtor for a ribbon-cutting ceremony June 22 at the new Mariners’ Retreat community off Fourth Street. 

The community was also invited to a block party to celebrate the new community. To date, 11 of the 34 lots are sold, but plenty of information was dispensed at the event. Most available lots are about a quarter-acre, with some close to a third of an acre. 

Mariners’ Retreat is accessed via Fourth Street and Seagull Drive, with only pedestrian access joining each side. A total of 20 lots have access from Fourth Street, while the other 14 enter via Seagull Drive. 

The homes are being built by Burton Builders and sold by the Bryce Lingo and Shaun Tull Team at Jack Lingo Realtor. For more information, go to www.marinersretreatlewes.com.
