Fall Boy’s Lacrosse | Starts Tonight
Factory Sports is thrilled to bring back our Boy’s Lacrosse Clinic this Fall. We are just as excited to have a few new faces to lead our session. Sussex Academy Assistant Boy’s Lacrosse Coach Tom Warwick will be leading our program. He will be supported by Sussex Academy Boy’s Lacrosse Head Coach, Justin Hetherington.
The clinic begins Wednesday, October 16th and runs through Wednesday November 20th. Our program consists of two groups based upon grade level. The 2nd through 5th Grade level will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and the 6th through 8th Grade level will be instructed from 7:30 to 8:30 pm at Factory Sports.
2nd to 5th Grade Group
Our young athlete program helps in developing physical strength and coordination within the game of lacrosse. Factory Sports friendly environment provides the perfect opportunity for young athletes to learn and develop the basics of the game; scooping, stick handling, passing, and scoring. It is our goal that your child learns to play with teammates and against opponents while developing their sportsmanship.
6th to 8th Grade Group
The middle school program aims to help young athletes master the skills and concepts of lacrosse. This goal will be accomplished through a variety of stick handling drills, individual and team concepts, and overall fun activities while playing. Hard-work, sportsmanship, and respect will be reinforced to this age group.
