Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Co. holds annual Awards Banquet

The Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company held its annual Awards Banquet Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
The fire company operates two stations on its own, at 219 Rehoboth Ave. and 36027 Airport Road, and one jointly with the Lewes Fire Department, at 21194 John J. Williams Highway. According to RBVFC spokesman Warren Jones, in 2019, the company responded to 617 fire calls and 3,652 EMS calls for a total of 4,269.
