High winds hit Sandcastle Motel roof

Mike Behringer, who works near the Sandcastle Motel in Rehoboth Beach, says high winds Feb. 7 have damaged the hotel roof. Tornado warnings have been issued in New Castle County, and a high wind warning is in effect for the Cape Region until 7 p.m.
