Mill Pond Garden hosts reopening

Mill Pond Garden hosted a Garden Re-Open Day May 17. Visitors attended in small groups spaced out from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Visitors and staff were all masked in compliance with state mandates.
Signage was posted with rules, and masks and social distancing were required.
This is an example of what works within the mandate and the reopening of the garden venue, owner Michael Zajic said.
“This is the most beautiful spring we have ever had; the roses are glorious colors, rhododendrons are massive, and clematis are all in peak display,” Zajic said.
