David E. Moon Jr., ‘The Plumber Died’

David E. Moon Jr., 66, of Lewes passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Beebe Healthcare with his loving wife by his side. He was born June 8, 1954, in Chester, Pa. 

Dave Moon had a good day every day, and encouraged all around him to do the same. He loved his family, friends and his work. In maintaining his sense of humor and true fashion, Dave requested his obituary to simply read, “The Plumber Died.”

Dave Moon is survived by his best friend, his wife of 48 years, Kathleen D. (Twaddell) Moon; his son, David Moon III and his wife Cathy of Wilmington; his daughter Dorie Moon of Claymont; and his three grandchildren: Lilly, Julia and Alissa.

All services are private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
