Stephanie Setzer and Avery Harmon Jr. are pleased to announce the arrival of their son, Avery Isaiah Setzer. He was born at 3:27 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5, at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, weighing 6 lb. 15 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long.
