Delaware has seen tough winters in the past
December 15, 2020
Delaware is hardly known for its severe winters, but arctic conditions occasionally grip the state as evidenced by this postcard scene from the early 1900s. The vessel was one of many that made crossings between Gloucester City and Philadelphia.
