Frank J. Bernstein, retired salesman
Frank J. Bernstein, 77, of Lewes passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021, in Smithtown, N.Y. He was born Oct. 11, 1943, in New York City, N.Y.. to the late Frank and Fannie (DiStasio) Bernstein.
He resided in New Jersey and Maryland before moving to Delaware 16 years ago. He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years. Prior to retiring in 2006, he worked as a salesman for Gorman Rupp and Tencarva Companies. He loved ocean fishing and managing his website. He was a member of The American Legion Post 28, Millsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Bernstein of Lewes; daughter Bonnie Leite of Fort Myers, Fla.; sons Frank and wife Beatrice Bernstein of Kissimmee, Fla., John and wife Valarie Bernstein of Seminole, Fla.; sister Lorraine and husband Jesse Westburgh of Sausalito, Fla., and sister Cindy and husband Brendan Murphy of Port St. Joe, Fla., and two grandchildren Christian and Katie Leite. He is predeceased by brothers Ronald and Thomas Bernstein.
A memorial service will be held June 6, 2021.
