Worcester students build roller coasters

Students in Jenn Corron’s senior college prep physics class at Worcester Prep met in the lab Oct. 27 to build roller coasters, a project that kicked off their study of kinetic and potential energy after their recent trip to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Va. Minimum requirements included an eight-second ride, a working loop and limited materials.
