ACT Coast Kids program visits Worcester Preparatory School

Verena Chase of Assateague Coastal Trust’s Coast Kids visited Lindsey MacWha’s sixth-grade science class at Worcester Preparatory School Oct. 27 to present the program What’s in the Water.

During the program, students learned about point and non-point sources of water pollution, and how to perform basic water-quality measurements.

Celebrating 50 years, WPS is an independent, college prep day school for prekindergarten through 12th-grade students.
