Oldfather Group welcomes new agents

The Oldfather Group Realtors | Compass Real Estate announced the addition of four new real estate agents to its team at the Delaware and Maryland beaches.

Three of the firm’s new agents will focus on residential real estate sales in Rehoboth Beach and surrounding coastal towns in Delaware, while one will concentrate on the Ocean City and coastal Maryland communities.

Alexi Arias, Reilly Vich, Margaret Wright and Daniel Prado have all joined the Oldfather Group within the last few weeks and are quickly becoming integral parts of the coastal region’s fastest-growing real estate sales team.

Arias has been licensed in Delaware for more than a year. She said she gets a sense of gratitude in helping families find their dream homes. Arias lives in Middletown and anticipates the local real estate market will continue on its upward trajectory over the next few years.

Wright also lives in Middletown and comes to the Oldfather Group after more than a decade building and selling newly constructed homes in the state of West Virginia. She mentions the high level of training and the closeness of the team as the reasons she decided to join the Oldfather Group.

Vich will be focusing on the Ocean City area. He joined the Oldfather Group after earning his Maryland real estate license in early 2021. He said he got into real estate due to the ability to set his own path and do the work to be successful.

Prado said he likes the family atmosphere at the Oldfather Group. He joined the team after obtaining his Delaware real estate license in the fall of 2021. Some of his favorite things about the Delaware beaches include the weather, the relaxed lifestyle and the nice selection of locally owned bars and restaurants. He lives in Dagsboro and is a University of Delaware graduate.
