Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s Realtors honored with Five Star Awards

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty announced 16 of its Realtors have been named among Delaware Today’s 2022 Five Star Professional Real Estate Agents. 

Local Realtors honored are Jenn Barrows (13 years), Kim Hamer (13 years), Brian Barrows (12 years), Carla Campbell (11 years), Pat Campbell-White (11 years), Mitch Selbiger (10 years), Sandi Bisgood (9 years), Henry Jaffe (8 years), Paul Maltaghati (8 years), Lisa Barros (4 years), Christina Harvey (3 years), Cory Mayo (3 years), Jeff Hecker (2 years), Kathy Marshall (2 years), Elaine Rellihan (1 year), and Josette Castiglione (1 year).

The Five Star Award recognizes agents who have scored highest in overall customer satisfaction, with scores derived directly from customer surveys. All Delaware-area residents who purchased a home for over $100,000 within an 8- to 36-month period were surveyed by phone or mail to determine the top-scoring agents in 10 different criteria across the state. The 2022 Five Star agents do not pay any type of fee to be included in this research or on the final list of Five Star agents, which means this is a true reflection of their clients’ feedback.   

In Delaware, Five Star Real Estate Agents comprise fewer than 7% of all licensed agents in the state. “The Five Star award is a true representation of outstanding customer service provided by a Realtor,” said Justin Healy, broker at OA Sotheby’s International Realty. “We at OA Sotheby’s are so proud to have 16 of our agents recognized with this honor.
