Kathryn Ann Jordan, loved unconditionally

Kathryn Ann Jordan, 70, of Lewes, passed away Thursday, Aug. 4, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born July 28, 1952, in Paterson, N.J., the daughter of the late Catherine C. (Hopper) and William P. Kalff II.

Kathy was a resident of Wilmington for decades but was excited to have made her longtime favorite beach town of Lewes her home in 2020.

Kathy, as she was known to family and friends, ran a successful marketing agency, Jordan Marketing, with her husband for many years before their recent retirement. She was best known for her kind nature, selflessness, and unconditional love that she had for her family and many friends. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

Kathy is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Charlie Jordan of Lewes; her two sons, Joseph Jordan (Julie) of Middletown, and Jeff Jordan of Wilmington; her siblings, William P. Kalff III of Sonoma, Calif., Terry Messick of Ottawa, Kan., and Paul Kalff of Clearwater, Fla.; and the lights of her life, her four grandchildren, Korrin, Joshua, Joseph and Kennedy Jordan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of her Life at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 9, at Parsell Funeral Homes and Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Hwy., Lewes, where friends may visit beginning at 10 a.m.
