Go Red for Women raises awareness about heart disease
For the first time since COVID, Beebe Healthcare and the American Heart Association hosted the annual Go Red for Women luncheon and fashion show Sept. 21 at The Clubhouse at Baywood. The event featured silent and live auctions, guest speakers and a fashion show.
The Go Red for Women initiative encourages heart disease awareness among women. According to the American Heart Association, cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women, causing one in three deaths each year.
