Lori Beth Gradwell, exceptional sense of humor

Lori Beth Gradwell, 43, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, after a hard-fought illness battle with her loving family beside her. Lori Beth was born Sept. 15, 1979, in Sellersville, Pa. She was preceded in death by her father Theodore Gradwell; and her brother Keith Lewis Gradwell.

Lori is survived by her loving mother, Nancie Gradwell; her sister, Lisa Cressman; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and so many close friends.

Lori Beth was homeschooled and went on to graduate from the University of Buffalo School of Law, which she loved. She worked in the New York State Senate health committee before law school.  After she graduated, she had an Equal Justice Work fellowship with AmeriCorps to practice civil legal services in family law in Montana.

Lori loved pottery; she was very creative. Lori loved to travel across the U.S. She also visited Thailand, Israel, China, Italy and Turkey.  While living in Delaware, her happy place was the ocean and the boardwalk. Lori was known for her exceptional sense of humor which we will all cherish.

A Celebration of Lori’s Life will be held by invitation from the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 5 Valley Square, #210, Blue Bell, PA 19422, or 100 W. 10th St., Ste. 106, Wilmington, DE 19801. That was Lori Beth’s favorite kids’ charity.
