Now the Nichols brothers have partnered with local Realtor and property manager Ian Blyth of Iron Valley Real Estate to launch SeaScape Residential Services, a client-centered rental agency for short-term, long-term and vacation rental management. A business built out of necessity in a rapidly increasing rental market, Seascape Residential is a full-service, local company that will handle the entire project from booking to cleaning, maintenance, billing and supervision of clients’ homes and the guests who use them.
