Naysaying doesn’t help progress

March 21, 2023

I want an electric vehicle when my 2007 straight-shift Toyota Corolla, my Silver Queen, is no longer useful in getting me where I want to go. My husband likes driving his much-fancier Volvo. I’m very excited about doing the research, knowing ahead of such a purchase where recharging stations are on our frequent 500-plus-mile trips. I welcome our electric buses and the technology that is going to make this happen for most of our cars very soon.

As a state and as individuals, we want to cut emissions. We, the people, can make it happen by working for the infrastructure that supports EVs. Naysaying doesn’t help progress that is for the good of us all.
