Let go and release pent up emotions and energies with Mushti Mudra.  The Mushti Mudra also activates the liver and stomach energy, promotes digestion, and helps cure constipation.

How to form the Mushti Mudra: Hold hand in a fist with thumb placed over the ring finger.

Mushti Mudra and other mudras are often practiced in every yoga class Kaya offers.

Release negative emotions and energies that may have built up during the week and rejuvenate the body & deeply relax the mind during Restorative Aerial Yoga, Thursdays at 10:15 am.

A Mudra is a gesture or position, usually of the hands, that locks and guides energy flow and reflexes to the brain. By curling, crossing, stretching and touching the fingers and hands, we can talk to the body and mind as each area of the hand reflexes to a certain part of the mind or body.
