Jalisa Shantel Bonville of Rehoboth Beach recently graduated from Wilmington University with a master of education degree in special education - elementary K-6.
A graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Bonville received a bachelor of science degree in psychology with a minor in Spanish from Howard University. She is the daughter of Diaz and Linda Bonville of Rehoboth Beach.
