NorthEast Seafood Kitchen partners with Frank Family Vineyards for wine dinner May 15

April 25, 2012

NorthEast Seafood Kitchen, owned by Matt Haley of SoDel Concepts, and head chef Ron Burkle, will host a four-course dinner showcasing the wines of Frank Family Vineyard beginning at 6 p.m., Tuesday, May 15.

Frank Family Vineyards began in 2007 on the historic Larkmead winery in Napa Valley, where the thick stone walls, high-stacked barrels and rich bouquets of aging wines create an authentic, refined ambience. Family owned and operated, Frank Family Vineyards produces a wide array of wines in small quantities that are sold at select restaurants and wine shops throughout the country.

The dinner will feature four courses including soup, appetizer, entrée and dessert, each artfully paired with a complementary wine from Frank Family Vineyards to enhance the dish. Price is set at $60 per person.

Due to high demand and limited seating, NorthEast will be taking reservations for this event. To reserve, or for more information, call the restaurant, 302-537-1785.

Established in March 2004 on Route 26 in Ocean View, NorthEast offers fresh, authentic seafood dishes influenced by the menus of the finest seafood restaurants from Maine to Delaware. Dinner will be served beginning at 5 p.m., Thursdays through Mondays throughout the off-season. For more information, go to www.northeastseafoodkitchen.com.

Founded by chef Matt Haley, SoDel Concepts was named to the 2009 Inc. 500, which lists America’s fastest-growing private companies.  For more information, go to www.sodelconcepts.com.
