Local attorney and author Jerry Capone to sign books Nov. 25

Browseabout Books will host Jerry Capone, attorney and author, as he signs copies of his new book, “True Story: Cases, Courts, Colleagues and Characters: My Life as a Delaware Lawyer,” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 25, at 133 Rehoboth Ave., Rehoboth Beach.

In his memoir spanning nearly 50 years, Capone examines the arc of his career as a trial lawyer. Capone tried well over 100 cases up and down the state, including more than a dozen first-degree murder cases. Along the way, he crossed paths with scoundrels and saints, murderers and mayors. He wraps it all up in this colorful memoir in which he interweaves some remarkable stories of courtroom drama and courthouse hijinks.
