Bertha M. Allen Turner departed this life Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024. She was born in Lewes Aug. 23, 1924.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 27, at St. John 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mt. Joy Road, Millsboro, with a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will be in People’s Memorial Cemetery, Rehoboth.
