The Hot Chocolate Festival, hosted by Saltwater Roots Boutique, was held Feb. 3 to help increase sales for small, independent businesses that need a boost in the off-season. This was the first year for the festival which was held at Cape Henlopen High School, but it attracted 125 local vendors showcasing a wide selection of products, a hot chocolate bar, 50 door prizes and a kids’ zone with four inflatable bounce houses.
