Pamela Varvaro to manage Community Bank Rehoboth branch

Community Bank Delaware announced Pamela Varvaro has joined its team as Rehoboth Beach branch manager and assistant vice president.

Varvaro has 12 years of experience in the financial industry.

“Pamela brings effective management experience reinforced with a commitment to customer service. We are thrilled to have Pamela join our bank,” said Jack Riddle, Community Bank Delaware president.

A reputable financial professional, Varvaro will oversee and coordinate all functions of the Rehoboth branch, ensuring the efficiency of daily operations through application of strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Varvaro is also a certified financial counselor, who will focus on applying her education and experience to further promote the success of Community Bank Delaware. “I am excited to meet our Rehoboth clientele and look forward to supporting them with their banking needs,” said Varvaro.

Varvaro is actively pursuing a bachelor of science degree in finance, with a planned graduation in 2024. Varvaro resides in Georgetown with her husband Tony and has four children, Kevin, Paul, Julie and Justin.
