An Ellendale home was damaged June 2 following an early morning fire.
The Ellendale Fire Co. responded to the fire at 3:34 a.m. in the 12000 block of Ponder Road and found a double-wide manufactured home with smoke eminating from all four sides. The fire was contained to the rear of the home with smoke damage throughout. Firefighters from Milton, Milford, and Slaughter Beach assisted with salvage and overhaul of the home, officials said.
