Saunders is a leader for Rehoboth Beach

July 30, 2024

In order to make an informed choice in the Rehoboth Beach municipal election Saturday, Aug. 10, we have reviewed the records of the candidates for commissioner. It is clear that among these candidates, one stands out as an exceptional leader: Mark Saunders.

Mark is a full-time resident and has been a Rehoboth Beach property owner since 2005. He has volunteered on several city committees and most recently served as a member of the board of adjustment.

Mark led the Rehoboth Beach Homeowners’ Association during the time of its greatest increase in membership. Under Mark’s leadership, RBHA has grown to over 800 members, and become the go-to source of information about city policies and actions.

This kind of leadership and record of accomplishment is exactly what we need on our city commission. That is why we will be voting for Mark Saunders and encourage all of our neighbors to join us to make the commission responsible and strong, and to lead us to a great future.
