     A Note from Barbara. I feel very fortunate to have been an exhibitor for 45 years at the Lewes Antiques Show & Sale held at Bethel United Methodist Church. Furniture styles have changed, many antiques dealers have retired, and the Internet has taken on much of the Antiques business with the online auctions and even shows… but the Lewes Antiques Show & Sale held at Bethel United Methodist Church still reigns!
    Barbara Rew Antiques is a family business starting with my late mother, Gladys Spare, and my sister, Kathi Carpenter, who sell collectible books. Over the years I have made many friends and enjoyed repeat customers at the show with the merchandise that focuses on textiles, furniture, oriental rugs, jewelry, decorative arts, and Baltimore Silver. I also have a booth in the Lewes Mercantile Antique Mall on 2nd Street.
     The Annual Lewes Antiques Show & Sale has always been a main attraction in July, and some visitors plan their vacation around it. I want to give a big thank you to Bethel United Methodist Church for promoting the dealers and organizing the show over these many years. It’s been a lot of fun!

The Lewes Antiques & Home Decor Show & Sale will be held Friday & Saturday, July 11 & 12, opening at 9 am.
