Cape Gazette welcomes new social media content creator

July 16, 2025

The Cape Gazette recently announced that Grace Hoffman has joined its team in the position of social media content creator.

A recent graduate of Muhlenberg College, Hoffman earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in media and communication, and studio art. She brings a strong creative background and hands-on experience in marketing, advertising and visual storytelling to her new role.

During her time at Muhlenberg, Hoffman was an active student-athlete on the women’s soccer team while building a broad portfolio of communications work. She worked as a social media and content intern at JPL Integrated Communications, an independent marketing and advertising agency in Harrisburg, Pa. There, she contributed to social media campaigns for clients, worked on video and event production, and helped develop a 360-interactive tour for a nonprofit organization.

Hoffman also gained campus-based experience producing content for the college’s athletic communications department, and its communications and marketing office. She credits her coursework in design and media strategy with helping her develop a creative, team-oriented approach to content production.

In her new position at the Cape Gazette, Hoffman will focus on developing engaging content for the newspaper’s social media channels, with the goal of growing digital reach and strengthening connections with readers.

“I’m excited to help tell the stories of our community in new ways,” Hoffman said. “I look forward to bringing a creative perspective to the Cape Gazette’s social media platforms.”

The Cape Gazette continues to invest in all forms of storytelling to better serve readers with local news, features and community updates.
