Cape Gazette readers celebrate love and New Year's in paradise

George and Denise Rust of Millsboro rang in the New Year—and celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary—on the sun-soaked shores of CocoCay Island, a Royal Caribbean destination in the Bahamas. On New Year’s Day, they basked in 78-degree sunshine wearing shorts and T-shirts. Just three days later, they were back home in Millsboro, shoveling a foot of snow. Two weeks on, the snow still hadn’t melted, and all George and Denise could think about was escaping back to Coco Cay with the latest edition of the Cape Gazette in hand.
