New York City art museums day trip set Sept. 13

Gallery One is coordinating a bus trip for participants to visit art museums Saturday, Sept. 13, in New York City.

The bus will leave Ocean View at 6 a.m.

Ticket holders will be dropped off and picked up at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1000 Fifth Ave. at 82nd St., New York. Museums within walking distance include the newly remodeled Frick Collection and the Neue Galerie.

Departure from New York is 6 p.m., with 10:30 p.m. as an estimated time of return.

The cost of the trip is for transportation only. No admission tickets are included. Participants must reserve their own museum tickets directly and and make all their own arrangements for meals and plans that day. The Frick Collection requires timed tickets; the Neue Galerie does not.
