The GFWC Zwaanendael Women’s Club and Historic Lewes invite families to join in the fun and come carve pumpkins from 3 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, rain or shine, outside at 110 Shipcarpenter St., Lewes.
Carving tools will be provided, but attendees may choose to bring their own. All should dress appropriately for the weather. Refreshments will be served.
Carved jack-o’-lanterns will be transported Friday, Oct. 31, to Zwaanendael Park in Lewes, and lit just in time for Halloween trick-or-treating. Lewes in Bloom volunteers, along with some goblins, witches, ghosts and other fun characters, will be at the park handing out candy from 5 p.m. until the treats run out.
