Nanticoke Indian Museum to host Native American Day Nov. 1

The Nanticoke Indian Association Inc. will present Native American Day from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Nanticoke Indian Museum, 26673 John J. Williams Highway, Millsboro. There is no rain date.
The featured speaker will be Dr. Bonnie Hall, tribal historian.
Attractions include museum tours; performances of traditional dance, drumming and singing; native storytelling and flute music; and vendors offering Native American foods, crafts and merchandise, as well as Nanticoke Indian language books. Donations will be accepted on site for the Nanticoke Indian Association.
