Hiatus 24 Wellness Collective Grows: Seaside Wellness opens on 2nd
floor.

As Thanksgiving approaches, I’m feeling incredibly grateful, not just for the
holiday season, but for the beautiful community that has grown around Hiatus 24.
Our members are kind, loyal, supportive, and fun. Our teachers are passionate
and talented beyond measure, who care about this studio as much as I do!
When I first imagined Hiatus 24, the phrase “your one-stop shop for wellness”
kept coming to mind. At the time, I wasn’t entirely sure what that meant. But as
the studio evolved, the vision became crystal clear: a wellness collective where
the best practitioners come together under one roof to support physical,
emotional, and energetic well-being. Nourish your mind, body and soul!
First, Judy of Mandilly Massage moved in. If I know anything I know a good
massage. As someone who has had her fair share of body tension over the
years, I can confidently say Judy is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever
experienced. When I walked into her room unable to turn my head - and left with
full mobility and zero pain - I knew she was the real deal.
Now, I’m thrilled to announce the newest addition to our wellness collective:
Seaside Wellness has officially moved-in upstairs at Hiatus 24.
They have created a warm, serene, beautifully designed space that you guys are
going to love.
What Seaside Wellness Offers
Seaside Wellness specializes in IV infusions ranging from basic hydration to
targeted wellness therapies, including:
- NAD+ Infusions — often called “the fountain of youth” (I CAN NOT WAIT TO
GET THIS!!!!)
- Pregnancy-support IVs
