Health-Fitness & Leisure Expo returns March 7

Delaware Resorts Expos will host its eighth annual Health-Fitness & Leisure Expo from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, March 7, at Cape Henlopen High School on Kings Highway in Lewes.

More than 100 exhibitors will be onsite offering a full array of health, wellness, fitness, leisure, and home products and services for Cape Region residents and visitors. 

“March is a time when many begin to think about improving health and getting in shape to enjoy the wide variety of outdoor activities the Cape Region offers,” said Kathy Benson, expo founder and coordinator.

The Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter will be this year’s beneficiary. Representatives will be on hand to share information about its mission and programs, and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s set Saturday, Sept. 26, in Rehoboth Beach.
