Jerry Kappes joins ResortQuest Real Estate

ResortQuest Real Estate recently announced that Jerry Kappes has joined its sales team at the Hickman Beach Plaza West office on Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach.

Licensed since 1985, Kappes specializes in the listing and sale of Delaware resort real estate in Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island and the surrounding coastal areas. Before starting his successful real estate career, Kappes was with the DuPont Co. for 27 years. He is a graduate of Randolph Macon College.

Kappes is an active member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Kappes is also active in the Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation and The Ryan Scott Kappes Foundation, which is dedicated to helping families of critically ill children and has assisted more than 150 families. He is also a member of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce and a partner in Beach Liquors in Bethany Beach.
