Dewey Beach lifeguards have a drink at the Big Chill Surf Cantina in Rehoboth Beach to benefit Dewey Beach's Youth Recreation program. Ten percent of all the bar proceeds from July 31 were donated to the program, which provides supervised sports and games for teens and early adolescents in Dewey Beach.
