Capstone Homes offers new contract incentives

December 10, 2009

Capstone Homes recently announced its incentives for new home contracts written in December 2009. Capstone introduces the “Live the Luxury” incentive program for new homes in Holland Mills, Cannery Village, Estates at Carriage Springs and Pemberton.

The program allows new home purchasers to upgrade their kitchen cabinets, countertops and flooring at no additional charge. This incentive is available to any person who signs a new contract to purchase a Capstone Home in any community in which Capstone builds.

Capstone Homes has noticed a trend for new home buyers who are purchasing new homes with smaller floor plans and more luxury upgrades. “We’ve noticed a trend of buyers who are looking for new homes of a more reasonable size, but buyers are also looking to have more luxury in their living spaces,” says Scott Dailey, managing partner of Capstone Homes. “Capstone Homes is dedicated to providing unrivalled value and quality for our new home purchasers, and this month’s incentives reflect our dedication.”

Capstone’s incentive allows a new home purchaser to build a new single-family home with great luxury features for as little as $189,000. The Madison model offered in Holland Mills is one of Capstone’s most popular models, and it allows a purchaser to have a quality home near the Delaware beaches.

This program complements the twin home incentive currently being offered by Capstone Homes in the Cannery Village community in Milton. This program allows a Capstone purchaser to build Capstone’s Concord twin home model with the optional loft and a partially finished basement. This specially optioned Concord model is offered for $194,900 on a lot in Cannery Village.

Capstone calls this incentive the “Over 2000 square feet for under $200,000” program, and it is available immediately for new home purchases from Capstone Homes in Cannery Village. Milton is a historic coastal town located only minutes from the Delaware beaches. The Live the Luxury Program and the Over/Under programs cannot be combined.

Capstone homes is one of the largest local builders of Delaware beach homes. Capstone Homes is an Energy Star builder based in Milton. Capstone features all stick-built homes that are optimized for value and quality.
