The 23rd Annual Rehoboth Beach Chocolate Festival was held March 2 at Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. Chocolate lovers from throughout the Mid-Atlantic region could purchase tastes of the many festival entries in categories ranging from restaurants and bakeries to amateurs' and children’s creations.
Kids' showpiece once again went to 9-year-old Nolan Witman, above, of Hockessin. His “Treasure in the Sand” piece took 13 hours to make.
