Judy Rhodes joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty Seaford branch

Coldwell Banker Resort Realty announces the recent addition of Judy Rhodes, Realtor, CRB, E-PRO, GREEN, GRI, SRES to the Seaford office at 22350 Sussex Highway, Seaford.  Rhodes has been a Realtor since April 1999, mostly in the Sussex County area, though her brief stay in Kent County afforded her the ability to expand her horizons and get familiar with another part of the state.

She says, “Delaware is about two hours tall and an hour wide at its widest!” She would know - she travels the state quite frequently and relishes the opportunity to learn more about where she loves to live.

Rhodes likes to learn and has been an avid student while involved with real estate. While all realtors are required to complete 21 hours of continuing education over a two-year period, Rhodes consistently completes more than 50 hours during that same time frame. She has also gone above and beyond, earning five different designations in her 13 years in the profession, including the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which only 4 percent of Realtors nationwide attain.

Rhodes has been a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors since 1999, and has served as a member and as committee chair for the Professional Development Committee in the 2011-12 year. She is also a member of Delaware Association of Realtors and has served as a member and committee chair for the state’s Professional Development Committee that same year. She has also been involved in other various committees over the years.

Rhodes was born and raised in Seaford and is the youngest child of Ken and Mabel Madden. Her children are grown and she is currently enjoying life in Rehoboth Beach while traveling back and forth across the county.
