The Wicomico Youth & Civic Center is hosting John Morgan’s Hypnosis Seminars on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013. The Stop Smoking Forever Seminar will begin at 6 p.m. and the Weight Loss Seminar will start at 8 p.m.
The Stop Smoking Forever Seminar instructs smokers on how to outgrow their smoking patterns and adapt a relaxed frame of mind. The Weight Loss Seminar allows those struggling with their weight to get reacquainted with how their mind works and performs different routines as they learn how to outgrow those patterns to lead them to a healthier lifestyle.
