Quiet Resorts Foundation donates $10,000 to Delaware Hospice
Delaware Hospice recently received a check for $10,000 from the Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation.
QRCF is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Bethany-Fenwick and surrounding areas by providing financial aid, resources and other assistance in support of programs, individuals and organizations that enhance the community for residents and visitors alike. By providing grants and scholarships and hosting popular community events, the organization strives to inspire growth and enrich the local area in its mission of bettering the community and those who live, work and learn in The Quiet Resorts.
Delaware Hospice’s Assistant Director of Development Peggy Dolby gratefully acknowledged the donation. “Delaware Hospice is well known as an organization that cares about people through numerous, free community outreach programs, as well as its trademark quality hospice care. As the only not-for-profit hospice in the state of Delaware, we are able to continuing meeting the needs of our patients and families thanks to generous contributions such as this. We appreciate the support of everyone who made the Caribbean Christmas such a huge success,” she said.
